These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at myinkling.ai and the Inkling platform at app.myinkling.ai (together, the "Services"), operated by GGTW Limited, trading as Inkling, registered in England and Wales under company number 16609200, with registered address at Clifton College, 32 College Road, Bristol, UK, BS8 3JH ("we", "our" or "us").

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About the Services

Inkling provides an AI-powered tutoring platform designed for use by students, teachers and schools. The Services include our public website and our web application. Certain features of the platform are only available to registered users.

2. Eligibility

The Inkling platform is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you should only use the platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent, guardian or school. We may require verification of consent through our onboarding process.

3. Accounts

If you create an account on the platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be complete, accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGTW Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. This includes but is not limited to any reliance on AI-generated content, loss of data, or interruption of service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
